Welcome to St James Anglican Church, Silsden

Our church is a Church of England parish church for Silsden in the diocese of Leeds, Bradford area.  More than just a building, it is also a constantly evolving group of ordinary people following the way marked out by Jesus Christ.

9.30 am Holy Communion

11 am Family Gathering – less formal service with worship and teaching

We now have 2 services each morning, in the church. At 9.30am there is a Holy Communion service. We have reintroduced singing, accompanied by the organ twice a month. This is followed by coffee in the Church Hall between 10.20 and 10.50. Worshippers from both the 9.30 service and the 11.00 service are welcome to this time of fellowship. At 11.00 there is a less formal service in the church comprising sung worship, and teaching.

There are still some COVID restrictions in place but these change on a regular basis depending on the current situation.

The 9.30 service is streamed to Youtube.
